I wouldn't suggest even to my worst enemy.
Lol
I did, but it did make sense for that individual in dire circumstances. At the last minute a much better opportunity emerged... 2 to 3 times better than BONY in every respect. The Bank lost a star who dodged a bullet and won the game big time.
Hell no
No I would not - the company was good few years back - but the current management is treating employees so low - no ethics or honesty or integrity!!
You see it depend what you are looking for. If you young, bright and enthusiastic you definitely can find better place. If you over 40, more famaly oriented, looking for stability this company not for you as well. If you are from India and look for legal way to come to USA this is probobly for you or if you look to use BNY as step to have big company in your resume .
Nope. Manager director in growing start up.
Now mowing lawns...yes...
When I ask my son if he want my referal he say he would never go to work for a company like BNY Mellon. There are no opportunity to grow up at least in IT area. And at this time I recall what my manager told me during one of review. "You are very strong technicaly but if you want to be promouted you should leave the company "
Never, ever, ever. It is the most dysfunctional company anyone could work at. I will go as far as saying I would not even recommend this nightmare of an organization to someone I actually don't like. It's would be cruel and unusual punishment.
No chance. The BE policy alone is enough to keep me from recommending BNY.
I actually like my job - it's just the "leadership" that drags the company down.
I wouldn't even refer as a last resort.
Silly question! I think you know the answer to that one.
Refer only as a LAST RESORT, meaning no one else is hiring. Seeing as that is NOT the case, then NO, I would not refer!
