Why have so many staff joined from JPM? Not good enough there or head hunted to join BNY by their friends?

CEO is a fake ring master.... plastic education (reflective of his poor academic ability and understanding). However this ringmaster is truely the clown....the one who does not understand that people are laughing at him as opposed to his act. Bring on the clown....
Because JPM is swinging the axe left and right in NY and NJ.
They do it because they CAN.
Our CIO is formerly BOA and hiring his BOA friends. We expect another disorg, this time to place them in management positions reporting back to him. And so it goes...
