I am interested in loss prevention jobs but I've never seen one posted in workday. Does LP exist in whole foods?

Sometimes people eat food from the serving spoons and then put them back in the food on the hot bar. It’s so disgusting. More disgusting is when they take a bite of something in the pastry case and put it back as well.
Do any stores have cameras in the aisles? We only have them in a few spots. Seems pretty foolish since it is a small investment.
They never do anything about theft anyway in the NA it’s a free for all. People steal leadership knows they do but nothing happens .
We don't have rent-a-cops in our region. There is zero security. Some store have no cameras.
Oh yeah, first, they start in bulk, grab a snack bag to keep em steady until they get to prep foods where they will openly feast unless they want a larger portion, in which case they will grab a container to abandon in grocery after they are done. I can barely stand walking g through our prep foods because all I see are people stealing, in spite of the rentacop standing not very far away. But yeah, it's more important to harass tms about not taking home OOD product....
Customers steal from grocery dept. bulk section like its their birthright.
Have never understood wfm attitude towards theft. As in, how do they not get that allowing people to openly steal off the hot bar sends a message that serious shoplifting will be overlooked? Not to mention how bad it is for TM morale, realizing labor budgets are getting cut when every day a ridiculous amount of money walks out the door....
The same people steal from us daily but the STL told us it is not worth it to get involved.
seriously a cardboard cutout of a cop would be more effective.
We have an outside company that provides our "security". They are people who cannot be employable anywhere else and they are absolutely a waste of money even though our theft is high. So terrible. It boggles the mind.
