Lately my boss has really been pushing entering time in Workday. Not sure if something is coming from the top of the house, but it seems out of place and highly pressured. I know others on the team enter time in workday, so not sure what this push is about. Anyone getting this feeling or pressure from their manager?

First heard about this several months ago. Not that big of a deal.
I agree. You should be concerned with:
- Working for a c-appy company.
- Using outdated technology and skills which are non transferable
- Incompetent Management
- Having a terrible culture
- Terrible Christmas parties. Unless you hit the after party ;)
I don’t see a problem with it. It’s a handy place to keep track of your time off. If you’re on a team that needs to work together you can see when the rest of your team has planned time out of the office so that there are no overlaps.
Of all the things that there are to be concerned about, this would be about the lowest on the list.
Our teams started requiring it last year. First time for many as we are all salary
