Is anyone aware of the impact on options and RSUs if you are collecting SUB payments..?

That is correct. Vesting will occur as scheduled
Your RSU’s all vest according to schedule. This is yet another great thing about being downsized at BONY. If you leave the company voluntarily you lose those RSU’s.
