FYI if you have an HSA you should consider transferring to another provider. WFM covered our monthly maintenance fee pre-Amazon, but that is no longer the case. Maybe $3 a month isn't much but it adds up. There are other companies that do not charge. Do a quick search of HSA and monthly maintenance fee and you will see reviews.

Depending on your region, they charge differently. In MA the charge is $12.00
Thanks, I just signed up for an HSA this year. Found a company called Lively that does not charge a monthly fee.
WF did NOT cover the $3/month maintenance fee. It came out of your HSA account each and every month. Check your statements from OptumBank
