There was big layoffs in Plano, TX something that they call as "STS"... 50+ people were laid off on 26th and 27th February 2020. Many more people will be laid off. BoA management have asked all manager too keep picture "very positive" so that there is no panic resignation in GDCE. But there will be more layoff in Plano, TX office so it's better to find something else before we gets impacted in GDCE GTO

I work as STS employee in Plano but our management hasn’t informed us of any layoffs so far !!!
GDCE- GLobal Center of Excellence or at least that what it used to be called when it was established
The bank says they over-hired, and if you don’t like working weekends and during vacation, then get out. Meanwhile, where are all these new hires to bring relief? We have lost tremendous talent and it is a shame.
Those the jobs that could be done better in the states?
