Bank makes you go to work even when you don’t have anyone to take care of your children during school closing. Not protection from the disease, we are all exposed

Layoff the employee?
Ignore all the sarcasm here, I’ve seen the bank in action when an employee tested positive for a virus that was expected to be pandemic. Management did all the right things for that employee and the rest of the team and the site.
