10% of CDKi to go - The cull has started

I am personally not to concerned around the fact there is differing amounts in different countries as that is to be expected.
What does concern me is yet another 3% slap in the face after years of no pay rises on going 3%. For a company that claims to be successful and wanting to keep people it is making us look bargain basement. Given how hard some people have worked since KL arrival due to very bad decision making no one feels valued. Verbally ruffling my hair and tickling my chin only goes so far.
With the public sector constantly whining that the private sector is getting at least 7% (sure do work for the wrong co) and they have had a 6% signed off its no wonder we still have long standing and very knowledge people leaving the business.
At least Sales will get their commissions and implementation/engineering look good for selling products and setting them up. Those that them have the fix the utter f£$k up (someone in CE has shared with me that they have a major issue across several countries due to a rushed and untested dev demanded by one customer.) they are get a chin tickle and a thank you and not lot else.
I do believe the co is heading in the right direction now and the intentions are good at most levels but the KLT need to understand we are not a cult or an army that can be kept onside through sheer loyalty - they need to reward people in a way that keeps them loyal - a bit like the KLT are.
At least last year I could lay claim to additional 5 days off (4 x picnic and a birthday but even that was reduced this year.)
After a couple of years of keeping the faith and bearing with it, I had a brief look yesterday and plenty of roles for me that pay more so looks I have a busy few days of applications rather than planning how to spend my additional income.
I expect to lose a lot of my department as they go elsewhere for higher paid employment. The lack of salary rises over the last couple of years combined with the high rise of inflation will lead to departures of people in key areas.
Fear not though, because a position vacant in the UK is an opening in India for a lower paid associate.
My manager just showed me a cheat-sheet. India will get around 10% increase, I will get 3%. All based on what country you are in.
You will get nowhere near that percentage
Wages rise to 7.3% in the UK. Remember that during your JAF 2.0 conversations.
Any increase (if any) below 9% will be a pay cut. Remember to mention that during any conversations that you may have with your managers.
@iofpe, not a lot of posts get deleted from here, usually the ones containing profanities. Also, avoid naming names.

Cons
You've got a nice offer with a high salary in your mailbox, thinking this is a company that values your skills and experience - DON'T DO IT! This is not a company, it's an investment product led by a group of people who have no interest whatsoever in the well-being of their people. There is 0 job security. Departments get reorganized again only months after being reorganized, only the realize that the reorganization didn't work again so they get reorganized back. Upper management (referred to as KLT) are at the helm of this sinking ship. They are completely disconnected from the reality they subject their employees to by their terrible decision making. All the while the head of internal communications is speaking of diversity, inclusion and mental wellbeing . Just to clarify, this company probably 80% white male over 50, and I've never seen so many burnt out employees in my life. The culture is very toxic as most managers with any self respect have left the company, leaving mostly those who find the behavior exhibited by the KLT acceptable. Most of the managers have been promoted way too fast (because everyone else left) and it shows as they are not suitable for their positions.
Advice to Management
If the CPO would spend the time she spends here trying to discredit reviews on actually improving the situation, then maybe this company has a chance. Stop wasting time, money and resources on empty words about diversity and inclusion, and start from the bottom to rebuild an actual healthy company culture
I love my job
How difficult it is to try to rebuild a minimum of credibility in the market after the arrival of the pirates....... mission impossible.
I always feel a bit annoyed when I see people being applauded for going the extra mile because they keep working over into the evenings and weekends. Sorry but that just screams to me that there is something seriously wrong? I don’t apologise for only working the hours I am contracted to and I work very well during those hours.
I pu-e when I get nominated for a Keyloop award, as well seeing that 99% of the nominees get nominated for doing our/their job. In particular I pu-e on a comment like great job organizing the SLT event - isn’t it their job as event team?
What we are seeing now is a consequence of the complete failure of effective employee management since the FP takeover.
As someone who genuinely wants the company to do well, my advice to management would be as follows:
- Fix the completely broken performance management process. Having merit increase 9 months after year end based on 5 months work makes no sense whatsoever. The only reason I can see for not aligning them is to deprive employees of 6 months worth of salary increase which is hardly putting the employee experience first.
- Since the FP takeover the rewards for KLT have increased significantly compared to the previous ELT in terms of salary, bonuses and stock whilst for everyone else they’ve reduced particularly for those who previously were awarded stock. This situation needs to be reconsidered.
- Too many decisions are being made in a bubble at high level without consulting with the people with the knowledge. An example of this would the decision implement Netsuite in a completely unrealistic timescale due to massively underestimating the complexity of the business. Less arrogance and more consultation with employees is required.
- Encouraging or turning a blind eye to the writing of fake reviews on Glass Door is extremely unethical behaviour and needs to stop.
- Abusing employees and telling them to leave if they raise any concerns is a sign of a toxic culture similar to that of Oceanview, which had tragic consequences this week. You need to listen and value your detractors as they could be raising issues that are important to the company.
cdemets you are such a tease, I have looked at the last posts on Glassdoor and they very similar to your example - you are already posting on Glassdoor aren't you?
Nine 4* and 5* reviews posted on the 22nd June? Who's paying for these, how do I get in on the action? I can do it, here is an example of my work.

Pros. The company is the greatest known to man lead by the absolute dream of a management team paying the best salaries and offering the best working conditions a person could ever wish for.
Cons. I can't think of any at all, in fact I wish I could also spend my whole life in the office it's that good.
Advice to management. Keep doing what you doing, you are the greatest.
Interesting company to exploit for emerging "managers" who quickly earn good salaries and bonuses, say two bullsh-t and then disappear.

Because the can't afford the brain drain it would lead to.
Genuine question. Do the people posting utter BS here ACTUALLY care about how us, hardworking people who actually enjoy our jobs and want the business to do well, feel?
Because I can assure you, your behaviour is taking its toll on people who aren't even in your direct firing line.
A few years back we had a scheme where folk who were unhappy with the direction of the company could take voluntary redundancy. As I remember quite a few people took up the offer, so why not run the scheme again?
Sorry, what? You can't bully someone more senior to you?
Clearly you're involved and you're trying to justify your vile behaviour.
"Bullying is behaviour that hurts someone else, including name calling, spreading rumours, threatening or undermining someone."
This is taken from website for children. If they can understand it, you certainly should be able to...
There is absolutely no doubt to anybody with half a brain they have been flooding Glassdoor with fake reviews for quite some time. Given the similarity of them all, I'd say most if not all are being written by just one person.
Agree one of two of the comments on here have been a bit below the belt, but you can't really bully anybody who's in a position of authority to you, and none of this vitriol exists in a vacuum. FP have done nothing but punch down at their workforce since they arrived.
Also easy to say just move on, but when you have financial responsibilities - kids, mortgage, bills to pay, and most of your professional skill set is highly proprietary due to the nature of Keyloop's product and technologies, it can feel like options are limited. Not to mention some people have dedicated literally decades of their life to this company and still want to see it succeed despite everything, that's a hard yoke to shake off.
Get a grip people, she was just saying that the personal comments/attacks towards people are out of order and the untrue speculation about things that aren't happening are potentially damaging to those teams involved. She also specifically said she isn't asking people to leave positive glassdoor reviews
If the session is recorded, dump some bits of it and send it to the tabloid medias anonymously. They would probably be very interested in this, as well those how honored our excellent HR and internal comms team with their latest “award”.
Probably HR comments could be against UK/I laws, so HR could be prosecuted..
A lot of people who use this site have not been involved in any abuse or lies. Most are probably hardworking employees who are concerned about some of the practices and behaviour going on in the company. They use an anonymous forum because they don’t trust the internal processes for dealing with grievances. What we are seeing now is an orchestrated campaign by HR/Comms to stop freedom of speech on a public message board because they don’t like or want to hear some of the genuine grievances felt within the company.
How bitter is the truth.
This site and the comments here are utterly vile, degrading and in the vast majority of instances provably false and misleading.
A number of ex employees and people hanging on bringing the company down from inside, why? Do the ones who LIKE working here a favour and move on if that's how you feel.
Actually what was "implied" today was that the constant immature trolling and personal attacks from some of you on here clearly aimed at particular individuals could cause those at the end of these nasty childish personal attacks to suffer mental health issues as a result. You have no idea the impact your keyboard bullying could have on a person and i'm sure you probably don't care or are getting a weird kick from doing so, but maybe you need to learn to listen better and bully less. By all means express your displeasure about the company or better still why not find a new company with a culture you prefer, but quit the nasty disgusting personal attacks. School yard bullies are not welcome here.
The HR team are clearly practicing in very unethical behaviour. We had the admission today that people have been encouraged to write positive reviews on Glass Door although everyone already knew that this was clearly the case. However to write/tick-up that appalling abusive ‘Suomynona’ post below is absolutely disgraceful, and they should be the ones leaving this company.
In the UK&I townhall today it was implied that anyone who writes negative remarks on here, or other social media, has mental health issues. How demeaning to people who have genuine concerns about how the company is run or the direction it is going in, BUT also what an absolutely disgusting attitude towards mental health issues and the people who suffer with them. I'd make a complaint to HR, but ............
I got to finish 3 hours early if I put a Glassdoor review on. Enjoy “Beautiful Office” five star review. HR bonus help……
And the last two posts tell you everything you need to know about the culture at Keyloop now.
There aren't even enough of you disgruntled sour screamy_cunts to downvote the previous comment <3 Where is your fighting spirit, or has the bunch of Spice Girls taken it from you and have you long since lost your glitter, you miserable twerps
Looking at the up/down votes this is a circle jerk of around 25 disgruntled employees echo-chambering each other to new heights. Do your job, or leave, what kind of BS is spewing your vile here all the time, and what use does it have other than to enhance the rate at which your body generates cortisol, leading to an earlier demise.
Any news from today's meeting? (Sweden and Denmark)
The toy in the hands of four spoiled children is breaking.......
Will the real TK stand up?
Or should I say Bob Parr and explain what an INCREDIBLE mess you have made of thIs company.
No one wants to work for you except the Old Spice Girls out on there jollies, Wannabe,s
Sorry we had to disappoint you, by only telling you good news. You are still free to go if you don’t feel at home.
China is a hard market to operate in, both from a product/customer perspective, but also politically and contractually. India is a global hub for keyloop and an obvious place to expand, with or without the China closure plan. Yes getting into the country is much harder than it used to be.
Yes it’s a lot of years worth of experience to lose in China that’s going to take months or even years to gain back. That should not be underestimated.
I personally think that we may see a possible re-org in certain areas to justify any merit increases that are paid. It has happened before and the usual areas of the business are the sacrificial pigs.
We get a 2% increase in return for a smaller team and extra workload dumped upon us.
Hope it doesn't happen but somebody may get lucky and the pay out they are waiting for. Others will get additional work load and stress
wrt China closure - combined 70+ years of Rev8 support experience being canned, to be replaced by new hires in India. What could go wrong with that plan?
I suppose the argument for the closure would be that we're not doing much, if any, business in China anymore. Which is fair enough, but begs the question how much business do we do in India or Poland???????
4%? we should be so lucky! I shall lower my expectations to 2.5 - 3
