Have they given a date yet to when we will receive the bonus
I do not miss gain sharing. I’ve been with Whole Foods for 9 years. The most I ever received from gain sharing was $150. Most of the time it was a pitiful extra 20-30 bucks.
If you are full time 40 its like getting the $2 hour pay bump for another 6.25 weeks. Let's face it are you really a hero to go in and work at a grocery store. All of us are expendable there will always be somebody willing to do the job to support themselves and families. I'm not saying its right but at the end of the day I'm surprised they are even doing this.
