It’s only a matter of time before they start spewing this nonsense rhetoric about how everything America stands for is institutionalized racism, and how BNY Mellon is so above that fray, and is on the leading edge of diversity and inclusion. They are all probably having team building sessions right now where they are pretending to tear down symbols of our history, all in the name of hoping to get more customers to invest in their products. Because the customers are also gutless puppets.

People people you're missing the bigger picture...it's all about the money... This is America haven't you learned!?!?... Everything else besides momey is just pretend ..
When we start hiring and treat people based on their knowledge, experience and qualification and not based on their color and gender? It is absolutely absurd!
Diversity and Inclusion departments at corporations are a huge waste of money and are just a dog and pony show. If BNY cared about this, then it would make Juneteenth a holiday for its staff.

Charlie give it a rest. Time to put your energy into WF.
I am a “gutless puppet leader” that quit because I was tired of resisting policy directives and still being called a “gutless puppet leader”. So, one less “gutless puppet leader” to complain about.
Curious: Why are YOU still there, complaining?
Aren’t there 25K East Indians working there?
Incompetence and arrogance in our management does not discriminate regardless of race or gender.
I mean, our global head of HR is a person of color.
In my area it’s nothing but upper middle aged white men. SO diverse. This place is so fake and disgusting. I’ve even witnessed racial comments among one of my teammates.
The employee resource groups are a tick in the box for the organization. Diminishing budgets and leaders who put their name to them because of the perceived optics. How many of our leaders are truly diverse and inclusive in and out of work?
