Great response from the e team regarding the culture compass from this year. The response sent out seems like it was pre-written before any responses from the survey even got sent in. Not surprised just really disappointed in the response.
Let's see how they will continue to let us down at Whole Foods Market this has been a rough year so far. Leadership pushes the culture compass to make it seem like your feedback means anything. The real purpose is to see how many of the TM have drank the kool aid and continue to believe the lies crammed down our throats. The health of you and your family is being ignored with the stores being over crowded and improper mask use by TM and customers.

Just dont do it I would encourage anyone to tell all the people they work with to not even bother. Its seems that they really want to push it I think a lack of responses would worry the higher ups more so than getting any feedback. Would probably make them know that everyone is aware feedback goes nowhere at WFM.
Nobody believes in any of things WF tries to push the should just drop the act. Its a business stop pretending its anything more than that. They try to talk up saying we promote the most ethical people into leadership roles can say for sure that we do not. Rampant nepotism at WFM with horrible people in leadership roles. Don't believe a word from the mouths of anyone in leadership.
The culture compass is used in conjunction with the unionization heat map. Do not fill them out!
The people that take part in the culture compass are wasting time. Atleast on here we can say what we want and let the global scum who lurk around here that they are full of sh!t. Somebody from global definitely monitors this site.
Don’t bother having a voice. It’s not Anonymous and if you speak your mind they will retaliate some how. Don’t even know why we bother with this each year. Maybe we should all not do it. Silence sometimes speaks volumes.

You have a voice and an opinion as long as you parrot back what they have told you to say. Whole Foods spends a lot of time and money training and shaping your opinion, hoping when you use your voice it will Express exactly what they have trained you to say. If you Express a different point of view you will be on their "push out the door " list. That's the way it's always been.
Well its important for all of us to all realize that we do not have a voice. WF continues to pretend that they are different than any other business. This has been going on long before the amazon take over. Mackey is either extremely out of touch or he is just completly full of sh!t.
