Sorry to hear this is happening in Singapore too. It appears strategy is same across the board. Unrealistic PIPs, silencing the voices, etc. it is a lay-off.

From fixed equipment, I am one of the many who had pip in SG SCP. Took the 3months. Don’t believe the man who placed me in pip will fight for me after another 3 months of labor. Similarly, Yes man culture over here as well. Views/opinions in slido are silenced. And management including HR can only chant the same textbook responses. Good thing the workers are pushing for union to protect themselves. Hope they do get it.
