I am experiencing a challenging work environment characterized by micromanagement, unfair treatment, and a lack of recognition. Despite my consistent contributions, innovative efforts, and mentoring, my manager holds me to an unfairly higher standard while others seem to avoid accountability. This has led to feelings of demotivation and frustration, especially as my suggestions for improvement have been dismissed, and I am expected to take on additional responsibilities without acknowledgment. I feel like I am being set up to fail, but I am determined to endure until my planned exit, focusing on doing the minimum required.
