Reading some of these posts are disheartening. Let's be thankful that we had jobs in 2020. Let's be thankful that most of us will still have jobs in 2021 and beyond. Many businesses closed for good and others are shutdown and hurting. I am sure that many folks are wishing that they only had to complain about small bonuses and so-so job security as they are sitting at home unemployed.
I am not happy with the company, raises and bonuses, in general, but I am going to give them a "Get Out of Jail" card for this past year due to COVID. I may be someone who loses their job this year, but I will survive like everyone else.
If you get a raise or bonus, be thankful, period!
