No and you’d be mistaken if you believe so. This is one of the company values (unspoken) - we will terminate employees on an ongoing regular basis. Make sure you remember that before you enter the office or log in from home. Another value - if our lips are moving, we are lying.
There were in early March... but then COVID hit and the no layoffs went into effect at that point.

No. There is 1 day per month put aside for this. Jan was likely not that bad due to the "no layoffs in 2020". It will continue to happen. It has to for the firm to compete.
