Now I already have the experience of working in two WH stores and each has had its own clique formed by the groups of low performing workers guarding each other’s backs, nothing more. Compared to all the other problems in the company this one is less important, but I think many of the bad things that I see in my my store wouldn’t happen if there was no such grouping going on. Those who do not like them or do not want to be accepted by their small society suffer the most consequences.
