My manager threatened me last year that if you take a sick day (NY state has 5 sick days entitled) you will not get any raise or promotion and I can even promise bonus. I was given no raise due to 1 sick day I took in 2020. He was brought in by another guy who was brought in by another big shot. Nepotism is at its peak. I got the job on my own and I have seen newbie’s growing at such fast pace who were hired coz they knew someone. I have even received threats that he knows such and such people. How can we bring this to CEO attention Even Tech cio has done the very same thing. Tech cio is the d-mbest CIO out there.

I definitely believe this happened. In 2008, I was threatened by my manger that if I took off two weeks for paternity leave instead of one, it wouldn't be a good idea.
I find this hard to believe. You are entitled to take days off either vacation or sick. As we are aware of HR policies this can be easy reported. Not sure why you would be threatened over a sick day or why this manager would take a risk knowing the consequences. I suspect your performance is not up to par to suggest a 0 merit increase if this is the case.
Procedures are in place to make sure people don't get hired because of who they know. And you take training every year telling you how to report issues like these.

No. The law prohibits employers from firing, threatening, penalizing or in any other manner discriminating against an employee for requesting or using sick leave. When a worker returns from sick leave, they must be restored to the position they held prior to the leave.
Most of these people at that top layer are just not good people. They are only worried about them selves and advancing themselves & will do anything to do so. That’s why I don’t wanna hear about coffee catch ups and teambuilding nonsense. Let me do my job & be done for the day. Don’t act like you care about us or work/ life balance because we all know they will get rid of us as soon as they can and come raise time, the proof is in the pudding regarding how much they value employees.
My motivation is non existent. I just want to get through each work day & to quitting time , dealing with the least amount of nonsense as possible.
