How about they commit to a cost of living raise instead of the 1% we get while they cry poor year after year while taking more for themselves. I guess yachts aren’t cheap.

Depends on how low your expectations are to start with. I remember before a senior 'leader' saying we did get a bonus it was a 0.00% bonus but at least it wasn't a negative bonus!!
