Now I'm ashamed. This place has completely stopped caring about its employees. All it does is bow down to the almighty dollar. It doesn't matter who will get hurt and how many loyal employees will lose their livelihood in the process. The entire ELT should be ashamed of themselves.

Don't resist. Drink the Kool-Aid. Resistance is futile. BOA likes to only hire those who just graduated. That way, they only learn BOA ways of doing things, hear that it does things best and hear that it is a great place to work. Unfortunately they don't have any experience working anywhere else and don't really know the truth. Those that leave often do poorly at their next job as they are woefully out of touch with common business practices and the requirement to be responsible employees that get their work done on time.
How does one plan a north? It seems like it would be all encompassing.
One person has a nearly deadly car wreck and gets full pay for 8 weeks ( 9 with sick time) while another person plans a north or adoption and gets 16 weeks full pay. Eye roll.

Totally agree, make sure you make it known in teh ESAT. I think the bank is speaking out of both sides of its mouth with a surface picture that it cares about society and employees while laying off thousands and overworking 10s of thousands. They don't care about work life balance but you'll never see that on flagscape
