Here I saw that there were people who were offered to move to a new job instead of getting severance pay. I unfortunately did not have the opportunity to choose, and I would gladly accept a transfer to a new position. I wonder if the jobs they offered instead of packages are much worse than the previous ones? Was it a substantial downgrade from your previous position?

Would you have seriously taken a new job at a lowered band and 50% pay cut? If so, some may be available for you.
