Is work / life balance a myth at BNY? I don't have a life since I joined BNY.

You must be in TSG. There is no work/life balance other than the lip service paid to it to appear to be a touchy-feely company.

Get use to it. Get use to working on nights, holidays, weekends, and when you take a vacation day or personal day.
