Does anybody else feel like this place could be doing so much better with new management? I think if we had people who knew how important employees are to the success of the company we'd be in a much better position than we are now. When you try to increase profits at the cost of your employees, don't be surprised when the opposite ends up happening in the long run. We need people who understand that.

Of course the middle management spineless bunch are concerned. Their livelihood is on the line and this exercise proved their futility. Do you copy that BM? How about some cleaning in that particular area and a boost in morale buddy? Your bottom line would tank you.
They'll be long gone by the time the sh-t hits the fan and they have cashed out all their stock options. Better leave now or you'll be left holding the bag.
