Global leadership and regional leadership are directly opposed to each other. They are literally fighting over every little detail stores are being held accountable for. If you reach out for support to your regional or global leaders you get conflicting answers or no answers because no one knows what's going on. It's embarrassing.

What is it they are fighting about? We don' have enough people to facilitate the things they want the stores to do. They need to sweeten the p-t to get people back into the stores. Its funny thet just ignore the big issue instead of just biting the bullet and paying\treating employees better. If it was appealing to work for WFM people would start coming back.
Well, hiring is one of the main points regional and global do not agree upon. Regional leadership IS being disposed of little by little by global. TMSS reduced. Field associates are fighting over global positions. I'm sure there is more consolidation in the works.
I would think highering is the biggest issue now. Leadership can fight amongst themselves store level is what brings in the money. Just go in do what you can then leave don't worry about anything past that. Don't waste your energy stressing about things beyond your control. WFM can afford to pay people a living wage and give good benefits but it chooses not to. Global leadership should have been disposed of with the amazon take over they are the reason the company was failing in the first place that caused the sale.
why is amazon so tight lipped about their plans??? unveiling concepts or programs without enough time for stores to work out the possible kinks??? and what happened to the open books??? i want to see the regional KPI weekly reports as to why im getting bad product allocated to my store....
