How much longer can this torture continue.
Best guess as to when this is ending.

Even if Todd leaves, his replacement will continue doing what is currently in place. Do yourselves a favor and get that resume out. Find a real place of employment to work at, where they actually care about the employees. BNYM is truly one of the worst companies to work for. Nothing good will come from staying there for many years without any appreciation. Remember at BNYM your just a number and only so much a-s kissing will keep you there till they don't need you anymore.
It will be RV… I’d bet the farm on it
What do I care? I'm more interested in MY retirement from this place.
RR
I agree that it will most likely be RV. It needs to happen fast, he the laughing stock of the industry.
EmP is viewed as in over her head and unqualified on the street as it is, and clients do NOT like her. To the point that some refused to have her in meetings when she was in AS. Selecting her would be a complete disaster.
@2ndz - I agree EmP is likely at the top of the list, given the roles they've had since joining BNYM.
RV isn't progressive enough. I would bet EmP, BrigE or JolA. When JP Morgan promotes one of the co CEOs from the consumer and community banking group, BNY will follow.
R V is a likely successor.
Why BNY Mellon has no retirement age ?After a certain period say 85 to 90 years your brain stops functioning. I mean the only reason most companies have a retirement age is because there is a time and season for everything. Don't you want to move away from the hustle and bustle of NYC and spend your days in farms or countryside?Spending quality time with your Grandchildren or if you are single just devote yourself in activities other than work?or you want to continue to suffer from Dementia and start taking decisions which maybe a bit risky for the company? I mean I would never want a life where I have to work for a company for a lifetime 💯
Todd-o-pedic
He is sofa king we todd did.
He already announced there is no retirement age. That announcement was hilarious. Hey look I am 70 and there is no retirement limit in working at BNY and I would go on till the age of 120.
Akash
@put - Who do you think it is?
Do you expect a replacement to actually be any better?
New guy is already on board, I would expect an announcement in the fall
I bet the EC is searching for his replacement
