WFM no longer communicating positive Covid cases

I have a friend i used to work with who went to another region, and they said their stores are no longer required to communicate positive Covid-19 cases to their team members, despite having current positive cases. If this is true, that is crazy. Is anyone else seeing this?

Last time we got a text was July 31. And here in the Florida region our state is the highest confirmed cases.

My store (SO region) stopped texting but were telling you if you were in direct contact. They started texting again alerts when the hot spots and masks for TM's started.

Our texts now say we’ve had a positive case within the last 5 days or within the last 30 days

We are getting the texts but what is not happening is people who have been in contact with a covid positive TM are not being told and put in quarantine. Looks like WFM cares more about keeping a TM at work than keeping a TM safe.
