Thread regarding Bank of America layoffs

Responsible growth….mandating RTO when ICUs are overwhelmed? Those that want to return fine, but mandate should be delayed.

Projection:
RTO is required.
Thousands quit.
Some who return are bound to get sick, and some of those employees will die.
Layoffs are avoided, and no severance will be paid.

Official release about the above:
"We lowered operating expense by a few basis points."

This is a d-mb move. Hospitalizations are going up, deaths from covid going up and our orders are to RTO. A couple of months ago in the US we had 2K deaths per week, we are now at 7K and climbing. It doesn't take a genius to see that something is wrong and we can't blame the unvaccinated for ever.

The plan is for people to quit so they don't do layoffs and pay severance.
Obviously this bank does not care an ounce about you or me. They care about the $
