Not to mention the fact that they should’ve implemented a real plan for hybrid/wfh. But now all the vaccinated people are all forced back in. Europe is surging right now, we are always behind them in rates, have we not learned this by now? It’s only a matter of time before people are testing positive for Covid in the office.

Florida was “surging” when we began RTO and it didn’t matter. Why do we need to care about Europe? If an associate in Florida wrecked on the way to work there was a great chance they wouldn’t have adequate medical care. RTO marched on.
