I doubt we'll have layoffs during the Thanksgiving week or this late in the week, but if the rumors of November layoffs are true that leaves next week for something to happen. Can anybody confirm that something is (or hopefully isn't) coming? I'd like to stop worrying if there is no reason for it, my mental health would be grateful.

Haven’t been able to get my personal stuff back for almost 2 years. As far as I can tell it’s all gone without a trace. Hope that someone is enjoying my stuff.
I’m hoping to become a turkey on Friday…
Those who don’t comply with policy are terminated with cause, i.e. fired, not laid off. There is no SUB or severance for those terminated with cause. Those laid off do receive Sub.
You are now educated.
Dear uneducated, if you get laid off then you get sub pay! Where do you come up with the bs? Stop listening to bathroom gossip cause it makes you sound really stupid. If you want out , quit or tell your mgr to add you to the list when we get told the % we have to give up. volunteer as tribute so we don’t have to listen to the bitchfest and complaining . You’re probably a cr---y employee anyway
I wonder when they will fire the unvaxxed. They won’t be ‘laid off’ since they won’t be getting supplemental pay or unemployment benefits - so I’ll keep my fingers crossed that I get laid off so I can have some form of income.
Layoffs are generally the week of the mid month paycheck. Therefore, if there are any, it will most likely be this week...
There are three more Mondays left in the month of November nothing will surprise me. Start taking your personal things home before next Monday comes because you're never going to get them from this company if they do can you.
Are there people around to still lay off?
FYI - Those who will not comply with the company's mandate to disclose their personal medical information (I.e. vaccination status) received their final threatening email yesterday. I imagine 5-10% will likely be terminated as a result.
The company has traditionally done eliminations the Monday after Thanksgiving. It’s an annual tradition (minus last year because they vowed no layoffs in 2020).
Monday after thanksgiving is always a big day for “efficiency saves” in the US locations
