There are many reasons to leave, however, for those who are leaving because of the mandate, I am really interested in what they intend to do and where they will work?
I don’t even know where I would go in case I was scared to get a vax.

You're right, @3eky. But the di-ktaters on the courts have no problem taking away our most basic freedoms. If BK was TRULEY concerned about protecting employees, they'd MAKE us work from home. Even those of us who CHOSE to be vaccinated.
@ @spy+1dNgZzlQ- you’re an id--t for one and we’d rather be a trumpster than a Brandon lover. Where am I ? I got my bu-t wiped ! Yeah you made an amazing choice
You don't have to be anti-vax to understand the dangers and pitfalls of the Federal Government/ your employer inserting themselves into a personal medical decision. I choose not to disclose my vax status with the final deadline having now passed. They threatened me with termination up until the last threat where they said they will simply consider me unvaxxed.
Hang in there people. There are no grounds for this type of authoritarian attitude given where we are in this pandemic (soon to be endemic). We will not tolerate discrimination based on principals/ vax staus. If they continue to push, make them feel the pain of their decision.
@2lgn, is that what your boyfriend told you last night?
Get jabbed and shut up
I have 10 cats at home and I can collaborate much better with them than some of my colleagues and manager so WFH is a better option.
I am a current employee leaving. So I applied to career sites searching for remote positions and there are a ton. Even if I am fully vaccinated, I just don't ever want to commute to and from work. I live and work in my home and live it. Also, I don't care about getting shots constantly. Life is good working from home and spending time with my spouse and pets. I don't need to see your face to collaborate thank you!
Lots of fully remote jobs out there that won't require a vaccine. I'll be taking one pending the outcome of Dec. 1 RTO announcement.
“killshot” LOL. You never Trumpers should reconsider your position now that your leadership team accepts it.
Go work for Fox News or newsmax
I had posted this link in a previous post: https://www.bloomberg.com/graphics/2021-us-company-employee-vaccine-mandates/
If you scroll down you'll see the companies that are not mandating the vax. But as other poster said here, be prepared because things may change.
I left the bank after 20 years and I went to a job that doesn’t mandate the vax and offers a weekly testing option that they are paying for. There are plenty of jobs out there that aren’t mandating the vax. The unvaxxed will be fired soon so hopefully that are already looking.
Alternatives exist, but the noose will tighten soon on those options.
Anyone who has held their ground through all the propaganda and peer pressure and are now getting the killshot to save their precious jobs were never going to survive this war.
The people who know what's at stake have already made preparations and have their spiritual and financial houses in order. It's not going to be easy, but at least I won't be dying of cardiac issues anytime soon.
There's always the underworld. In all seriousness, black market activity if necessary.
I'm fortunate enough that I can take my pension and live off my 401k for a bit then get a job with a local small business that hasn't gone "woke" yet.
I'm also curious where those anti-vax choices would choose to go next.
Sure, there are communes and even some states out there and a few companies.
Banks? Financial Services? anything related to other people's money?
Maybe AllState!!
