This company doesn't give a rats azz if you get vaccinated or not. They feel it will continue with you or without you. They know they will lose talent but the show must go on in their eyes. They will continue to bring in foreigners to take your job and pay at a much lower rate. I am already seeing more India mfers taking over executive level positions.
