How a company treats employees determines how well it'll do. If it treats workers like they matter, like they make a difference, they'll make a difference. But if you treat them like they're nothing but numbers to get rid of whenever the need arises, nobody will bother to try and become anything more than that. If you want to know why BNY Mellon is failing and losing so many employees, there's your answer.
