There are many just like you out there, your hard work and contribution worth enough for your compensation, I believe it’s reasonable award for everyone who loved this company but eventually have to quit no matter what reason it is.

I enjoyed my time at BAC, but I left recently (not due to vaccination stuff) and enjoy a better work/life balance, better pay, and a better culture imo. Good luck.

I did have a great time working at BAC. I see the prevailing mood is on the flip side but I have to confess that I managed to find good friends and co-workers with shared values and interests. Work wise I managed to get into different fields and departments that I found interesting and challenging, I expanded my horizons and took classes outside work to meet the new requirements . Throughout my career, so far, I had only 2 bosses that I liked and admired, all others were garbage and insecure brown nosers but that didn't stop me from managing my own career and following my dreams. My advice to you, stay away from cliques and diques, enjoy what you do, change lanes when necessary and have a blast. Oh, I forgot to mention that it's also good to get together with your close friends from work for a drink once in a while....regularly. Life is short, enjoy it and don't forget to network!

And I actually really enjoy working here and put in a lot of hours, I really try to give it my all.

But I am not going to take the vax and so I am afraid of getting the axe.

There's two sides to the coin, bud.

Also, sir, this is a Wendy's.
