Cmon now ! those brilliant beverage technicians “baristas “ managed to pull off a union despite many thinking they are overpaid over priv’d to start with…they still stuck it to upper management …just for the heck of it…this is the most pro union White House in history …you are squandering your chance…unionize quickly…put the iron right in Amazons only soft spot…they dread union …fast…now…go!

This coming from someone who doesn't work for whole foods anymore... 2022 Starting rate will be $18 let that sink in... service hours don't mean that anymore.

How many of you wishing for the union have Amazon Prime accounts? They’re sending rich people into space this morning and it’s not the WFM profits that they are using for that. You think the union will help things?….go take a day trip to Detroit and ask around a bit. Wake up dummies. They don’t care about the UFCW and the UFCW for sure doesn’t care about you any more than Jeff Bezos does.

It's sad that workers feel the need to organize secretly despite being protected by US labor law. Technically, you cannot be fired for trying to start a union, but the way it works, Amn will find a way to get you fired--and for your family to suffer. It's not difficult with 24/7/365 tracking at work, home, car, house of worship, and anywhere else. Yes, JB is a socio, but everyone knows that. One key in the struggle is to find all the dirt you can on Am***n/Whole Foods--there's a ton of it--and document everything you can without being detected.

All of this is so true...as for me I'm tired of being screwed over on my pay increase on more than 1 occasion not bc of performance but bc my Boss, overlooked my job dialog(that was submitted)...and I transferred to another department with a pay increase that is given to everyone at the same amount. Was told the pay bump was to cover any pay increase you had coming up. SOoo... not true, it's because I entered another job category... Yet the next team members that transferred over had a pay increase of almost 2 dollars in one year if a union would stop this kind of sc--w-up count me in. It gets better I have more services hours than this TM yet they make $3.15 more an hr than me and no I'm not a problematic TM.

it might be easier to do this now that morale is pretty bad amongst the leadership level team members...remember they all had to take that anti-union training a few years ago...super secret ...lol....even the brown nosing astls might want to help now that they have to run cash registers and bag grocerys and feel our drudgery....
