@8hcz+1ekqV7Cn that's a little Far- fetched if your time is approved it's approved this would only be an issue if you are lying.
Whole foods just saved money.
How do you ask?
In the workday time keeper app at the very end is a check box “I acknowledge the times submitted to be true and accurate.”
Submit less lose earned pay and over do it can get written up or terminated for theft or falsifying times.A lot of team members rather not submit their missing reg hours,o.t and missed lunches since no one was keeping track since we relied on a outside company to pay us rather than their own teams that could take care of it asap. Whole foods you won this round .
LOL at the newer TL and ATL sitting in front of computer screens having to make schedules the old fashion way.......a struggle with tiny little boxes.......
Just call off use up your CV-19 days
It's not like they can legally ask you to submit proof .
Tons of TM's were shorted on their checks but they are going to send another check this week. GET RID OF KRONOS WHOLE FOODS!
I worked 42 days straight and did 88 hours last week alone and got a check for 208 dollars…I’m done
I got shorted on overtime hours and I didn’t get paid for not taking lunch while I broke my back to take care of the department for free. Whole foods is ripping off team members on pay. Is that considered theft? People applying here do not apply you will not get paid for all your hours.
"moving forward from challenges and obstacles....."
nerds dont have it running yet??
Room for improvement? I think you mean "Areas of opportunity!" lols.
Welp… my holiday season just got easier. I will now only work my schedule no more no less. It’s the only way to ensure us being properly paid.I’m missing 10 double time hours after working 17 days straight. Thanks for making my decision easy for me.

Let's just pretend none of this is related.
Enjoy the coat tail ride.
There is room for improvement....
It is absolutely Whole Foods fault for using Kronos in the first place. It is such a sh-t program. It boggles the mind why we haven't backed out of the contract or, failing that get rid of everyone in finance who will not allow a proper budget or staffing in order for Kronos to actually work.
"way of the future......way....way of the future....." who remembers back in the day when they sat us down to watch that promo video from the kronos nerds who designed the behemoth which we have become so reliant????? stl, astl, pbs, all cheering and forcing us to clap....make sure none of you were sleeping in the back.....i told my tl that some day a computer was gonna take his job....he acknowledged the possiblitity and later went on to drink a nice tall glass of OTS kool aid.....
My check is short a day. I'm not surprised that Whole Foods couldn't get it right.
They have sent out a couple of emails to everyone that has a company email address, trying to keep everyone informed. Was also on Innerview.
There are plenty of news reports regarding this.
WFM isn’t the only company that uses Kronos, so can’t really blame this one on WFM.
It was briefly mentioned on the home page of Innerview. Now you have to type Kronos hacked on the search bar to find it. Nobody in my store leadership atl to stl has informed us tms about it.
sue the sht out of them if it gets leaked! or if you dont get paid on time! or really any reason to punish these guys is good at this point! get lawyers involved and give them a headache, i say!
Try looking at the sliver lining: this is a no fault way to defer payroll. Rejoice in the time value of money....with a bow on it! :.) On the other hand It will probably be deferred indefinitely 4 some though...sad. Tell no one
