Let's start this year by doing everything right. By hiring actual experts in each role and making sure their managers at least know what their jobs are. Let's promote people based on meritocracy and what's good for the bank. Get rid of the useless levels of management that do nothing but drain resources. We start with that and build from there. We'd have this place in tip-top shape in no time.
