In prior years we found out a day or 2 b4 its in workday for our paycheck viewing (actually have found out via viewing paycheck there)..Its always paid out mid February w raise from February 1st...last year we found out mid January...I ve heard some groups know by the new year.. when do you usually find out your raise and compensation number?

Not sure why you're eager to find out sooner than later, let's be real, history has shown us how bad they were and probably how bad they are going to be again this year. This place is making money hand over fist and continues to fail to adequately compensate their workers accordingly. I will never forget the conversation my manager had with us last year when they said the company only made 18 billion and there for bonuses were going to be one of the lowest in years, pathetic.
Mid to end of Jan. Though payout and changes don't take effect until mid February.
We find out in mid to end of Jan too
