The future of work

How out of touch do you have to be to refer to RTO as the "future of work?" Everybody and their mother know that all the smart companies are pivoting to WFH permanently because that's obviously the way of the future, but not us. No, for us, the old way is the way of the future. I don't know why I'm surprised. We're outdated and stuck in the past with all of our processes, why would this be any different?

Most of the company is requiring employees in office Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday (despite their lip service to the contrary). When you consider that most holidays fall on a Monday, you'll are essentially only being given one remote day a week.

BNYM, a company where everything is broken from processes to employees.
