@2ypr+1fCs3JBJ: don't worry about it. The req for my position was still "Under Consideration" weeks after I started in 2015.
Advice: follow-up with your recruiter and don't quit on your current job until all background checks are complete and you have an offer in writing.
@OP+1fCs3JBJ How long on average do REQs stay open? Verbally accepted an offer 4 weeks ago and my application on-site is still under consideration statusJust curious how HR handles things like this.
Bnym is a dumpster fire! Mgmt is full of sociopaths.
We are encountering the same problem. They cannot fill refs of both regular workers and all the lower management we lost!
