If Q1 earning down, maybe it is time to cut pay for managers? They hold accountable for revenue

Recommend starting with CEO and his direct reports.
(Most managers have not had any increase in 10-15 years, if they've been here that long.)
The ratio of CEO pay to employees should be downright embarassing.
Shame on the Board, their Comp committee and cronyism.
Or shift the $$$ spent on "wellness" programs to people's actual PAYCHECK.
If they treated us well and paid what we're worth, there'd be no need for those programs (which are pathetic too little, too late anyway)
