Health insurance

I don't like what I'm hearing. Is it true that health insurance will go downhill?

If I knew for sure that this was true, I would immediately give notice.

I rarely go on PTO or miss shifts. I haven't missed a day since 2017. I was the only TM at our store to have zero tardies or absences in the first year. I have like 700 hours banked up. I just started at a really awkward time when I would have made the threshold within a few weeks and then they pushed it back. I'm well over 30,000 hours. Insurance is only $20 a check but still I was so close to free it's annoying. They got rid of the free tier 6 or 7 years ago or more.

Is it 20,000 or 30,000 hours when the benefits for you and your family become cheaper??? I believe it’s like 35 bucks instead of 170 ish?

When did they get rid of the free Insurance tier? How much time did you take off to not hit the 20000 mark within 12 years?

14 years and still pay for insurance. Every time I was within a few weeks of hitting the hours worked milestone for free insurance they pushed the marker back another 5000 hours. That happened like 3 times then they got rid of the free tier and stopped tm votes.

Remember when we used to vote on benefits?
Benefits were one of reasons I stayed but it’s becoming less of a reason.
Why does the credit card not work the first month of the year and it takes awhile for it to reload 1/2 way through the year. Such bu-----t.

14 years= free insurance, with A $ 1,000 deductible and a 1,000 on your card.

Every year for the past 14 years it has gotten muuuch worse. No reason the trend will not continue. Give notice. Leave without notice. Fudge whole foods.

And yet Besos and his friends play rocket ship while we work 3 times as hard and get less benefits. Why did he have to be the one to buy us? JM got the gold mine and we got the shaft.

Not sure it can get much worse!
The deductible is so high that you end up paying for everything anyways

It has gotten worse from what it use to be and has gone downhill consistently through the years.
