It has long been clear to me that those at the top have very little or no vision for the future. Do you too think that BMY Mellon has difficulties adapting to the new times?

I’m not aware of any strategy or plan over the past 3 decades.
Could inertia be considered to be a strategy?

All Old folks in upper management just want to live few years now. They don't want to take risks as they are quiet old now at their retirement age and don't want to try something new. The cycle will continue as one old folk in higher up will replace another with a very limited vision. They could have easily come out of Custody business if they really wanted growth.

At least he will be able to spend more time with his grandchildren.
All I gained from the town hall is that Todd will be taking his grandkids to school and trying to improve his golf game upon retirement.
