Great article and what a fantastic concept…treating employees as humans and realizing that working in an office is no longer the norm.

The problem with trying to apply this to BofA is A.) they are not sympathetic to what people want B.) they lack intelligence.

BofA is run by a bunch of id--ts who can't figure out their head from their a_s.

Amen. Get the job done. Isn’t that what it’s about? For our Sharehilders. Since they ALWAYS come first.
Not much work going to get done if people are leaving and hiring bodies and not experience.

Great article, a CEO who totally gets it. Something else in that article that was interesting:

Siemens took it a step further by adjusting not only its remote work model, but its entire leadership style, one that the company said would "focus on outcomes rather than time spent at the office."

We asked our employees where they want to work:
7% want to go to the office full time
31% want an office-remote hybrid
62% want to work only from home

So I told them: sounds great. Do whatever you want. As a CEO, what do I care? If you get your work done, that's all that matters
