You nailed it, I had a micro-manager who had to know everything that you were doing. Meetings wasting our time every single day filled with nonsense that had nothing to do with work at all. Everyone was afraid to tell him that it was a waste of our time because he was the biggest kiss a-s in the bank.
We had to pay for our own water to collaborate around the water cooler because the pipes were old lead pipes.
I think they truly believe in collaborating like it's 1999.
