I'm so glad the company provided a 00.7% raise. Gas is through the roof, its right at 5 a gallon now, groceries are like up 20% where i am and half the shelves are empty, i can't even find Mayo for my sandwiches! The last thing i need is to drop a load of money on new work clothes to "meet up" with co workers and burn a tank of gas going into the office. They're forcing me to quiet and find a higher paying job that's what their doing.

Gimme a raise so I can afford RTO.
I don't need $32 million. Just a few thousand to cover increased expenses.
Oh, and ordering lunch from some downtown fast food jo--t every day.
