They want you to leave, that is obvious. No way they offer WFH, it would make employees happy….they don’t want that.

I have had two interviews this week and a second round schedule for Friday. Both companies are fully remote. I don't know what BofA is thinking. We are understaffed on the projects I'm working on and stuggeling, so I don't believe they are forcing attrition.

I think that the bank wants the unhappy people to leave for other jobs. They don’t want to give the power to the employees.

Then, once attrition reduces head count, they will hire WFH at lower rate of pay.

They want to clean house with the people who are unhappy and not have to give severance, rather than make them happy and retain them with WFH benefit.

Psychology 101.

Seems there are plenty of places hiring with hybrid schedules. Why stay at BoA if you’re so miserable with RTO? I honestly don’t understand why some of you don’t move on. Life is too short to stay at a job that you hate.

I just had 5 different interviews with 5 companies over the last couple of weeks, all hiring hybrid. I’m in 3rd round interviews with three of the companies and am very optimistic about finding my next role in a hybrid schedule.

Get off your buttts and get interviewing, the job market is hot.
