WFH 3 days a week or fully remote Is the only thing that makes sense. Coming into the office is a waste of time-so apparent now that we have a comparison. It’s stupid. So many distractions, time, gas, environment, work/life balance all out of squeue. I can deal with 2 days. One day would be ideal.

Agreed, 2 days a week in the office makes sense if the push is for collaboration but anything more than that really does not until our annual pay raises start to match inflation / cost of living.
