I don't trust any of them senior leadership mutherfuhkers. They all lie and many of them are just a bunch of empty suit azzholes who don't know their azz from a ho-e in the wall.

I just gotta say that I'm sure my manager was also eager to go back to the office so he can also start being a pervy creeper with new victims who will fall for his fake a-s...I wasn't the kind to fall for his cr-p so I didn't get as many freebies, praise, raises or awards as other female co-workers did...if anything he probably didn't like my bluntness....

That's super unfortunate that he had to keep it in his pants over the past 2 years. He is probably up for a promotion soon!

@4bzh+1gMy3aH3 -- I know, right?? There is one leader (super senior) who is dying "to get back on the road" so he can sleep around on his wife.

The past 2 years for him at home must have been miserable.

Good.

Kinda hard to look up to and trust senior leadership when half of them sleep around and have affairs in the office. I trust and look up to people who actually earned that title which is very few and far between.

if you don't have a seat at the table, then you are on the menu.

Flagscape article on Moynihan speaking on sustainable future in the UK sums it up for me. How did he get there? Private or commercial? He’s definitely not flying coach. And let’s be real, he’s coming home before Davos next month right?

I definitely trust them-- to do whatever best fits what they want to have happen, which definitely does not include worrying about employee well-being or productivity. It's all about control. Lots of lip service regarding employee health (mental and physical) while continuing to use failed policies, ten years behind the curve.

Less now than ever before. And the same for those I talk to around me.

Considering my senior leader just schedule a video call for June 1 to make sure we were in the office.....they don't trust us, so why trust them.
