Too many managers with a few people to manage. These people are redundant and will lower revenue per employee.

If the employees are happy, they can keep their jobs and have job security that they are in the right successful place. By ignoring the signs of failure of to down management, more employees are unhappy and likely to leave, which spreads like a cancer through a company. The trick to stopping that is stop allowing failure of management to improve the way they treat employees.
Why do you care? Corporations don't breath air, they don't eat, and they definitely don't care about you. Let the people have jobs so they can feed their families.
