Great, pay us better! Pay will help reduce the high turnover which will allow us to have a better work / life balance. Hard to do that when you're always bringing on new people who aren't up to speed yet.

Let me have a choice to work in an office with privacy and much better facilities. Let us have individual choices on how and where we work and then maybe then we have a tiny chance of attracting best talent. We are not taken seriously as a best place to work otherwise.
Despite record profits we got insulting raises, so that tells you if better pay is coming or not.
